Terms of Service
These terms explain how ImportFix can be used, how premium billing works, and what to expect from file repair results. Last updated: April 10, 2026.
Using ImportFix
- ImportFix helps inspect and repair CSV and Excel files before importing them into other tools.
- You are responsible for reviewing repaired files before using them in production systems.
- Do not use ImportFix for unlawful activity or upload files you do not have the right to process.
Accounts and premium access
- Some features require an account and an active premium subscription.
- Premium access includes larger-file exports, advanced repairs, and downloadable repair reports as described in the product.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed through Stripe using the amount and currency shown at checkout.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from the account page and Stripe billing portal.
- If you cancel, premium access may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise shown in your account.
Refunds
- If you believe a charge was made in error or the product did not work as expected, contact support@importfix.com.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or clear technical issues.
- Refunding a charge does not always cancel an active subscription automatically, so make sure to cancel if you do not want future renewals.
Service limitations
- ImportFix can detect and repair common file-structure problems, but it cannot guarantee every file will be repaired perfectly.
- ImportFix does not verify the business meaning, legality, or completeness of your data.
- The product may change over time as features, limits, pricing, and repair behavior improve.
Support
- For help, billing questions, or bug reports, email support@importfix.com.
- When contacting support about a file, avoid sending sensitive data unless you are comfortable sharing it for troubleshooting.
