Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ImportFix handles account, payment, analytics, support, and uploaded-file data. Last updated: April 10, 2026.

What ImportFix collects

  • When you create an account, ImportFix stores your email address and subscription status so premium access can work.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. ImportFix does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • ImportFix uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand basic site usage and performance.

Uploaded files

  • ImportFix is designed to process standard CSV and Excel repair workflows in the browser where possible.
  • If you contact support and choose to send a file, remove or mask sensitive data first unless you are comfortable sharing it for support.
  • Do not upload files containing health, payment, government ID, or other highly sensitive data unless you have the right to do so and understand the risk.

How data is used

  • Account data is used to sign you in, manage premium access, and keep subscription status in sync.
  • Payment and billing data is used to process subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, and billing support.
  • Support emails are used to investigate the issue you report and reply to your request.

Third-party services

  • ImportFix uses Supabase for account authentication and account records.
  • ImportFix uses Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and billing portal access.
  • ImportFix is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel analytics/performance tooling.
